I am the Assistant Director of Parking & Transportation Services at UT Dallas and Shubham was one of my lead student workers during his tenure with our department. I was always very impressed with Shubham and his strong work ethic. He completed all work as assigned and performed many different responsibilities within our department with dedication, hard work, and persistence. Though Shubham was primarily a Parking Enforcement Officer (PEO) when he was first hired at our department, he quickly was promoted to a Lead Student Worker position, in which he assisted with day-to-day office responsibilities along with his normal duties. He assisted with training new employees, handled customer service inquiries, billed departments for services, completed statistics and metrics based on our performance, and assisted with parking equipment management. He positively maintained his supervisory role with both an authoritative and approachable demeanor and was overall a very pleasant person to work with on a daily basis. One of his top strengths was his excellent customer service skills, even in difficult situations with challenging customers. He was willing to assist in any way possible to create a hassle-free workplace and ensure that our operation ran smoothly. I highly recommend Shubham. He was a model employee that constantly worked to improve our department, and I know he would be a very valuable asset to other companies as well.
